The FICHJEBY was founded in 2011. As it is a small and poor church, it meets in the house of one of its founders in Bytack. The congregation numbers around 11 people, from Bytack and nearby hamlets. The church hopes to create chapters of the FICHJEBY once more churchgoers join the religion. Each church is meant to be organized autonomously, with only a minimal hierarchy, consisting of the Parker (the priest), and with a Rector (as a head of all the FICHJEBY churches). In the summer of 2015, RTP chairman Patrick West was named the Honorary First Rector.
