There are three lines of words printed in French in large, stencil-like letters on the Mosaic Wall, just below the Red Panda Resources sign. The first two lines are clear enough to tell that they are in French and say "Dieu est il." The word on the last line is not clear, but the line appears to end in a question mark. A frequently seen phrase that fits this pattern is "Dieu est il mort?" which, in response to Nietzsche, means "Is God dead?"
