Vambraces of Sescheron are Legendary bracers in Diablo III, added in patch 2.4.0. They require character level 30 to drop. The unique affix only works for Barbarian characters, and makes their Primary skills heal a percentage of missing (not maximum) Life with each damaging cast, no matter the number of enemies hit. While it is not possible to heal to full Life with this item alone, when combined with other sources of healing, it will vastly lessen the Barbarian's time needed to recover from heavy damage.
