The 1988 Winn-Dixie 300 was a Busch Series event at Lowe's Motor Speedway on May 28, 1988. Dale Jarrett won his only Busch event on the season, holding off Bobby Hillin. Rob Moroso's fifth-place finish gave a small cut into Mike Alexander's point lead. Alexander finished 9th.
