A Raptor Protobird is one of the most primitive birds of modern times. It evolved from the prehistoric Avisaurus that survived extinction and remained unchanged. It feeds on small mammals, small reptiles, frogs, fish, and insects. It lives in the western USA areas, including California. It has no fear of humans. Despite competition from eagles, hawks, and falcons, they still thrive.
