Harpoc is a Smart A.I fabricated as the base-wide utility for ONI Firebase Phoenix located on Eridanus II. He fronts, however, as a dumb A.I to throw off suspicion in the case of either unauthorized access or enemy retrieval. Harpoc's primary function is to interpret and crunch classified data relating to any possible insurgent activity in the Outer Colonies, and supply intelligence to UNSC QRF's to respond to these transgressions if needed. His secondary function, though not by design, is a limited Operator-compatible setup, allowing ONI officials to use Harpoc as an aide in the field.
