Richard is a self-made man. Starting up a small hotel in Lindar Heights at the age of 18, he struggled to survive, but managed to create a hotel imperium in no time. In 3717 he opened his second hotel, with a third one following the next year. In 3725, the first hotel outside the Province of Kregon. By 3735, Richard owned 14 hotels in three different Provinces.
