The Duchy of Gray Water was a Manticoran peerage. In 1921 PD, the Duke of Gray Water was Akahito Fitzpatrick, one of Michael Janvier, Baron High Ridge's closest allies in the Conservative Association. He was also a cousin of Admiral Simon Chakrabarti. (HH10)
