I've checked it, and the only character who may fit the description is called "some Imperial captain." Indeed, he commands the troops searching for the droids in Mos Eisley, but he is never explicitly identified as Kosh. If the AC think that there is enough evidence to assume that it's him, then the article will require a bit of updating, but until then, I'm going to withhold from touching it.
