Crested Goblins were a subspecies of Webfoot Goblins. Crested Goblins had crests which changed colors according to their emotions (blue: sadness, red: happiness, and so on). They participated in the massive war during Freeglader. Most Crested Goblins lived in comunities on the shores of Mirror of the Sky.
