Jim Cummings is an American voice actor whose work includes Shrek as well as the Walt Disney movies Aladdin, The Lion King, and The Hunchback Of Notre Dame. And he is also perhaps best known for the voice of Winnie the Pooh and Tigger since The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. During the ninth season of the Smurfs cartoon show, Jim provided the voice for the Sultan of Sweets in the episode "Sky High Surprise" alongside Kath Soucie, who provided the voice for the gang of Ali Babies.
