Alexander Chapman was an Erewhonese citizen and an officer of the Erewhon Navy. Holding the rank of Admiral, he was in charge of the Naval Office of Research and Development, overseeing the build-up of pod-capable ships of the wall as well as construction of light units. (CS2)
