Battery Charge is a Blue Mage spell learned from Magic Pots in Final Fantasy XI. It bestows the effect of Refresh, gradually restoring MP over time. It restores 3 MP per tick for a total of 300 MP. It is self-cast only, but can be spread to other party members when used after Diffusion. This spell costs 4 Blue Magic Points to set and grants MP+10 and MND+1 when set.
