The Water Release: Bubble Technique is a D-ranked, offensive Ninjutsu technique used by Kyan Sushiaki. After preforming a series of unknown hand-seals, a beach-ball sized bubble will emerge from the user's mouth and start floating toward the user's target. This technique is easy to avoid, as it is slow moving. When the bubble hits the user's target, it pops, and causing the opponnet to feel a snapping, stinging pain.
