Frank Elliott is an infamous television reporter living in New York City. He was renowned for his fearless pursuit of the news and cavalier attitude toward conventional journalist ethics, especially when reporting on the war in Iraq. He had been embedded with the United States Army 81st in Iraq from where he reported. During one report, he revealed enough information about the 81st's specific location for enemy fighters to ambush them, resulting in the deaths of Dixon Hawes, Thomas McCann, and William Short. This caused many to resent his reporting.
