The 13th Emperor Poropss-The Merciful was a starship in the Race's Conquest Fleet which invaded Tosev 3 in 1942. The ship was a hospital ship for males wounded in combat. Ussmak recuperated from radiation poisoning he'd sustained in the Soviet Union aboard the ship, and while there, an orderly on penal duty introduced him to ginger, to which he swiftly became addicted. The ship was named for an Emperor of the Race.
