Old Mike the Smuggler used his old-fashioned fishing boat to smuggle for some of the biggest East Coast racketeers. His partnership with Stooge Viller resulted in both of them being arrested. When Stooge tried to break out of jail, Stooge received a black eye and Mike was shot throught his hand.
