—Vincent discussing the SPARTAN-V Program with Serin Osman. The SPARTAN-V Program was the fifth generation of the SPARTAN Program, activated in early 2568, and overseen by Doctor Vincent Kaiser. Like its predecessor, the program uses only consenting adult volunteers, the augmentation of adults having been made possible by advancements in the technologies pioneered by the prior Spartan programs. All SPARTAN-Vs are equipped with MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor [GEN2] and MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor [GEN3].
