The Fifth International is an international union for the countries of which have Socialist-Communist governments. It was created by the Hellenic People's Republic in 2001. Its purpose is uniting the Communist nations of the world to finally achieve the Red Dream. Any nation can add themselves as long as they are Socialist-Communist.
