Shawn Elliott Santiago is a Puerto Rican actor and musician. He appeared in the show Miami Vice as an unnamed cousin to Pepe and Diego Moya that created the cocaine-packed Santeria statues in Colombia in the episode "Milk Run", and Orrestes Pedrosa, Cuban Revolution Guard soldier, romantic rival to Klaus Herzog (played by Jeroen Krabbe) over Elena Obregon, who Pedrosa killed rather than allow Herzog to have her, in the episode "Heroes of the Revolution".
