Yes, it should, but you have to have Xbox Live so the game can be updated for compatability reasons, if you don't update it, it probably won't work. Also if you do update it there may be a few thing wrong with the game (glitches) E.G people walking through walls due to the compatabiltiy reasons again as Microsoft haven't perfected Xbox to Xbox 360 cross over.
