The Cougher is the name given to the most deadly Undead. They seem to have been killed by extremely high levels of inhaled Radiation. They appear to wear a spooky black hood hiding their face, a black jacket, and the rest is bones. They are found in Wild Islands, Jungles, and Graveyards.
