Ciarán John Jones (born October 10, 1995), better known by his stage name The Other Shady, is an American rapper. He is known for his longtime association with Eminem and for his solo career, recording primarily with Dr. Dre and Eminem, as well as ghostwriting for the likes of Justin Bieber and Ed Sheeran. Ciarán is one third of the rap trio Bad Meets Evil with Eminem and Royce da 5'9", and also a member of hip hop group N.W.A. The editors of About.com ranked him #1 on their list of the Top 50 MCs of Our Time (1987–2012), just ahead of his close associate Eminem.
