Witch Mountain was a Time rift area that took place in Age.737. This takes place during the time Grandpa Gohan discover Goku as a baby. Story Quest 1 is set Age 737 and it entails retrieving Baby Goku from the saiyan space capsule. You are able to complete this quest in the early stages of the game.
