The Terza Droid Company supplied the League of Allies with all the battle droids and assassin droids it wished. They were known for being rivals to the Intergalactic Droid Corporation. Creating hundreds of millions of droids each day, the Terza Droid Company — TDC for short — spanned over most of the galaxy and had billions of employees. The TDC was a member of the League of Allies during the Great Alliance War. In 3,725 BBY, the Terza Droid Company fell to the Triple Tsad and most factories, employees, and total control was given over to its infamous rival. The IDC (Intergalactic Droid Company) then tripled its size in almost every category and became the biggest manufacturer of battle droids in the galaxy.
