The medium-sized house features a living room with a dining area and an open kitchen, a bathroom and three bedrooms, but only two have beds (the tutorial teaches the player how to buy one). The player won't stay in the lot for too long, unless he/she chooses not to advance to the next lot. In the back, there is a large yard with a patio and a trampoline. Oddly, in the GameCube version, the bathroom is laid out slightly different. Yet both the PS2 and Xbox versions are the same. The house costs around 40,000 simoleons.
