Plague of Locusts is a disaster found in SimCity 3000 Unlimited. The Plague of Locusts disaster does not destroy buildings, but instead destroys crops (Light Industrial) as well as trees. The only way The Plague of Locusts can be removed is by using cropdusters (Found in the disasters menu), and even that might not have a chance of working, as the cropduster comes in about 15 seconds late. This disaster is only in Simcity 3000 Unlimited. You cannot use the cropduster tool when locusts are not present.
