Dwayne Macopson is an American actor who appeared in the NCIS Season 1 premiere episode, Yankee White (episode) as Marine Major Carl Pritchard. He later appeared on NCIS's parent series, JAG, most notably in the Season 10 episode, "The Four Percent Solution".
