The main theme of Norfair is originally heard in Metroid and its remake Metroid: Zero Mission. The theme was techno remixed for Super Smash Bros. Brawl on the Norfair stage. Interestingly, it is the only song that shares the name of the stage and has to be unlocked. It returns in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U along with its stage, now available from the start.
