The area of the fetid Swamps of Sish closest to Torr has a small garrison posted. This place is foul to travel through and home to kobolds and vipers. A lair of kobolds in in the southwest while wisps haunt the southeast. A strange and powerful monster lairs in a cave in the northeast. The cave itself has much edram moss growing in it.
