Charles McLemore was a mercenary posing as a CTU agent during the events of Day 1. McLemore and an accomplice were sent by Jamey Farrell to kidnap Teri Bauer. Teri was waiting off Mulholland Drive where she had subdued Kevin Carroll when she called Jamey, not knowing that she was actually working for Ira Gaines. Jamey then sent McLemore and the other men posing as CTU agents to release Kevin and kidnap Teri. ("6:00am-7:00am")
