Kahlia Neri is a dark fairy. She loves to work with the students at The Moirai Preschool, in the Valley which she owns, and operates. She is also in hiding from the Unseeleigh Court, no one in town knows she's a fairy. She appears to be a young woman of mied race decent. Her favorite clothes are black. She's usually wearing her MP3 player outside of school, and tennis shoes that lace up to the knee. Her skirts are rarely longer than knee length, and she hates pants. Kahlia has a story to tell.
