Billy Clark is a former NASCAR driver from Farmington, ME. He was the first ever winner in the Camping World East Series. In his major NASCAR career, Clark competed in thirteen Nationwide Series races, earning two top-tens and two poles. Clark's debut came during the 1987 season, when Clark raced at Oxford, the site of his historical East Series victory earlier in the year. It was an impressive day for Clark in the major series as well. He qualified on the pole position, led a ninety laps and ultimately recorded a lead-lap 6th place finish.
