The Secretariat is the cabinet of the Cascadian Republic. It comprises of five elected officers that regulates day-to-day activities in their Bureaus. They moderate daily activities in the Senate and in their forums. The Secretaries may alter and manage their Bureaus as they see fit, but any major changes (as defined by Article Three of the Constitution)
