The Heva VII refueling port was a space station located at Heva VII which provided fuel to spacecraft. During the rescue of Tom Paris and Harry Kim from the Akritirian maximum security detention facility in 2373, Neelix claimed he mistook the facility for the refueling port when the Akritirians demanded that his ship leave immediately.
