This unnamed Man and his accomplice were conducting their affairs at Roy's Rolls cafe in September 2008. Cafe owner Roy Cropper had figured that the shifty-looking pair were up to no good and concerned that they were taking up seating space for genuine patrons, asked them to leave his premises. The men were under police surveillance at this time and upon seeing them leave, the two officers trailing them made assumptions that there was a drugs supplier at the cafe.
