Ralph Fisher is an attorney who acted as a liaison between manager Tommy Lowe and executives Gordon Wiggins and Paul Fremont. When Lowe was arrested on payola charges, Fisher tried to get Lowe to do his time, but he refused, demanding Fisher call Fremont and Wiggins to have them get him out of jail by any means necessary. Fisher informed Fremont and Wiggins of these events, which helped them make the decision to make Lowe "a minor footnote in the history of rock and roll".
