Heaton Court is a 12 storey tower block on the Bridgnorth Road on the former Riverdale council estate in Higher Blackley, Manchester. It is 36 metres tall. It is being renovated by the Legendary Property Company (LPC), who bought the estate in 2004 from the council. It is one of five remaining tower blocks out of seven on the estate.
