The species that inhabit the planet Flagitiosissimus in the Agrippina Flagitiosissimus System. They are blob-like beings with three limbs and three "sensor stalks". Their primary form of communication is an unusual, sometimes considered almost music-like language, Flagitiovallies. The terms "Flagitiosissimus", "Flagition" etc. are taken from this language. They also appear to be able to communicate by lighting up parts of their body. There are about 11 million Flagition on Flagitiosissimus, and another 3 million on Agrippina Alpha IV in the Agrippina Alpha IV System, which the Flagition reached through use of slower-than-light spaceships. There is a single planetary government, a heriditary council enjoying almost unanimous support for most of the time.
