Representative Peter "Pete" Russo (1977 – September 23, 2013) was the member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Pennsylvania's 1st congressional district. He was also former candidate for Governor of Pennsylvania, a position left vacant after Vice President Jim Matthews' resignation as Governor.
