The Twin Slicers were a pair of Toa Tools used by the Toa-turned-Dark Hunter "Spinner". They could launch Rhotuka with powers that would affect the opponent's balance. If combined, they could together place beings into a coma; however, it incapacitated "Spinner" as well, making it a risky tactic if used.
