Transport to Tallon Overworld is a room in the Chozo Ruins in Metroid Prime, one of many transport rooms in the game. It is a round room with an elevator in the center. Use the Scan Visor to scan a device to activate the elevator. However, since this elevator must first be taken the other way, from Tallon Overworld, it will always already have been activated.
