The Silver-Bell is one of several types of beautiful flowering plant (and one of the most beautiful in all of Allansia) that fringe the Rainbow Ponds of the Wood Elves of Stittle Woad. They are also found in the herb gardens of the Toad Men of the Bu Fon Fen. These plants have delicate silver flowers that whistle and tinkle as the wind blows, creating an eerie, calming sound that makes the listener feel quite relaxed.
