Rikiya Kitazawa is a bully at Koyuki's school. Koyuki is terrorized by him after Hyodo tells him that Koyuki scratched his guitar. Later on, Rikiya finds out that Hyodo was using his name to bully Koyuki and turned against Hyodo. Later, Rikiya becomes a fan of BECK.
