Victory Square was a location on Romulus with venerable statues and soaring fountains. (TNG novel: Death in Winter) It was located within the capital city of Ki Baratan and was a majestic plaza which celebrated the history as well as the successes of the Romulan Star Empire Great columns and towering statuary were present within the area with likenesses of notable Praetors, Senators and military officials stood with their backs to the outside. By the four corners of the plaza were grand fountains that sent plumes of water soaring into the air. By the far end was a platform which stood the largest of the statues which was that of the first Romulan Praetor, Pontilus. (DS9 novel: Rough Beasts of Empire)
