The Dragaeran dragon is a huge and fearsome creature with a triangular head, endowed with several prehensile tentacles. Unlike other types of dragons, it does not breathe fire -- Adron e'Kieron's "Breath of Fire" Battalion in Five Hundred Years After seems to be a joke -- and has not been known to fly. It can pick up psychic impressions of other animals with its tentacles. Dragons are typically found in the mountains, but can range into the lowlands from time to time. They have been known to infest the forests of Fenario on occasion.
