The Advanced Tactical and Reconnaissance Force is an elite branch of commandos subordinate to the Alliance Terra Corps. With some of the best training possible, ATR Forces are barely short of being called super-human as they are superior in every way to the average Alliance Marine. They first became widely employed during the Skyllian War in which they were a vital factor in many Alliance victories.
