The stats of the regarding firemodes are weaker than the according long range Bernie's Bone Chewer and short range The Cheeser weapons to compensate the dual weapon function. It's also worth mentioning that the Close Range alternate fire is similiar to the Max's Magnified MG. For experienced players who already have a long and short range weapon equiped this can be counted as a disadvantage. Additionally the ammo is shared and a high reload time is set, this leads to running out of bullets very fast.
