The 23rd Jem'Hadar Division was a contingent of Jem'Hadar troops and Dominion ships. In Grathon Tolar's forged holo-recording, the 23rd Jem'Hadar Division was assigned to take the Glintara sector in the planned Dominion invasion of the Romulan Star Empire.
