The Reichsminister of State Affairs (Reichsminister der Staatsangelegenheiten, SA) is a member of the Deutsches Herrenhaus, and is responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and building positive relations within The German Empire. The Minister of State Affairs is responsible for administering the Financial, Educational, and other Developmental genres for the betterment of the Empire and its citizens. The Minister of State Affairs serves at the leisure of the Kaiser, and may not resign without the approval of the Kaiser.
